Law of Attraction In A Nutshell.

The Missing Link

I liberally apply the law of attraction to my coaching. I know you know all about it. Here is my version of a brief summary of law of attraction.

1. Know what you do not want – things happen to create contrast for you to know what you do not want.

2. Know what you want. Get picture perfect clear of what you want. Ask for it. Ask the Universe. Ask others. Ask yourself.

3. Become what you want. Be in the vibration of already having what it is that you want. Talk about it as if you already have it.

4. Get into the nitty gritty sensations of what you want and focus more on how it feels to have what you want; not so much what it looks like.

5. Let go of resistance – what you resist persists.

6. Allow what you want in.

7. Now, take inspired action towards the want.

We have heard this stuff a thousand times. Most people get stuck in getting very clear about what they do NOT want but do not end up focusing on what they want.

When you want something, this is how you want it: You talk to it. You enjoy it now. You enter into that sacred space of the joy of already receiving what your heart desires.

Many of us do not understand our wants.  Some how we have come to believe our wants cannot be fulfilled or our wants represent something far away. No! Our wants are the beginning of the creative process.

You see, you are primarily a creative being. That creativity is tied into your wants.

Think of a delicious meal that you want. You can smell it. You can see the lay out on the plate. You can taste it. As you read this, your saliva glands are responding to the anticipated deliciousness. Well, you just created a want. Our wants are part of the creative process. As you create the image in your mind, you now flow into the vibration of it. If you are hungry, you are going to constantly think about that meal until it is made. You may have to go to the store to buy what you want, but it is on your mind.

That anticipation, that expectation, that satisfaction, that you are capable of creating this wonderful meal that you want and it will be fulfilling and delicious, that is the entering into the vibration of what you want. That anticipation programs your mind.

Now, by the time you eat the meal, you are gooooooood! You enjoyed it. It was what you wanted.

That is the law of attraction in action.
