How Successful Entrepreneurs Create Good Business Ideas.
Sometimes, it seems good business ideas go to the lucky or fortunate. However, every entrepreneur can create good business ideas and help your business succeed and have a competitive edge in today’s market. Good business ideas are rooted in passion, determination and creativity.
There is no magic to it. There is no science to it. Everyone has a different method of idea generation. However, successful entrepreneurs have a habit of asking themselves powerful questions.
There are many ideas that are based on things that the consumer needs and things that the consumer wants.
The consumer did not need the almighty ipod but everyone wanted one because it was sleek, easy to use and cool to have.
The consumer did need to get documents to places for review very fast and so the fax was invented.
The consumer does love cyberspace and so the personal computer and home Internet access is standard today.
To create a good business idea, use powerful questions to stimulate your creative brain. The way you ask a question is critical to the way your brain will answer the question.Ā So if you ask yourself, “Can I come up with a good idea?” please understand that this question presupposes that you may not have the capacity to come up with a good idea.
So ask yourself questions that will stimulate your brain function to give you good quality answers.
1. What am I good at?
2. What do I love to do?
3. What am I educated to do?
4. What do I have a natural passion for?
5. What did I do at around age six that I still love to do?
6. What would be the most incredible value that I could create?
7. What do I want to be known for when I die?
8. What do I have within me that brings joy to others naturally?
9. What stirs compassion up within me?
10. What is the expression I want to see on the face of the end buyer of my service or product?
All these questions help you think outside the box. As you seek to create services and products through your business, ask yourself these questions and allow the answers to come. Do not put a time line on the answers appearing. Ask yourself these types of questions in different settings: Taking walks, in the shower, walking though a lot of human activity like a mall and in isolation in nature. Your brain will pick up different things in different settings and will use that data as leverage for great business ideas.
Get in the habit of thinking of new innovative ideas that support your business. As you continuously train your brain to ask powerful questions, you will discover that it is all the while working seeking out answers and solutions to help live out your passion and life purpose.

Questions 6 and 8 are my best. 6 because I’d always wanted to create something to reflect my hidden talents, and 8 because, compassion opens your heart, I believe.
