Ho’oponopono Release Technique
Here is a wonderful video that tells us about Ho’oponopono. It is an ancient Hawaiian tradition and I use it as a release technique.
I love its simplicity and the way you can use it over and over again. It is a powerful tool to attract abundance. This first video shows the simplicity of the process.

I had heard about Ho’oponopono (huh – oh- po – no – po – no) right after I saw “The Secret” DVD in 2006 (before I could even pronounce it, LOL!), and began trying it right away. The results blew me away. Then, I shared it with others, and they had amazing experiences, too!
One of the people I had taught later went through a difficult time in her marriage, followed by divorce. When the problems first started, I reminded her to use this technique to heal herself and her relationship. She said, “I keep trying, but it’s NOT working!” In her mind, the fact that the marriage issues were not resolving meant that Ho’oponopono was not working.’
A few months ago, she confided in me that, looking back on it, it ABSOLUTELY was working~she was healing, and her husband was not willing to join her in that healing!! She’s convinced that working that process during the break-down and divorce has contributed to the very positive relationship she now has with her ex-husband~far better than it ever was during their marriage!
This stuff is *incredibly * powerful, and shows us that WE are incredibly powerful creators who are always energetically interacting with *everything* (physical AND non-physical, human AND non-human, animate AND non-animate). Everything is, of course, Source Energy, and we are interacting with Source when we use Ho’oponopono.
Just a caveat: In my travels through the web looking up Ho’oponopono, I have discovered a lot of sites with the word in it that have their own *agendas*~i.e., selling their own products and approaches. I always recommend that people FIRST go to Dr. Len’s site: http://www.hooponopono.org/ and read his articles: http://www.hooponopono.org/articles.htm <<They are *literally* mind-bending, so be kind to yourself as you adjust to the realization that they create.

I noticed the above comment about The Secret, which a friend of mine wanted to watch last night. It reminded me that I was using and teaching these principles in the early 80s and realized that applying the principles of The Secret worked consistently with some areas but not all. Realizing there was something amiss with the areas that didn’t flow, I was fortunate to be taught ho’oponopono. It proved the missing link for me and have used it daily since 1986 both for myself and when helping others. My training came from Morrnah who is featured on http://www.hooponopono.org. I highly recommend their training.
